Beyond your expectations
For us, human contact is fundamental, which is why upon your arrival we will be available to provide you with a detailed map of the city of Spoleto and one of Umbria, where we will be happy to inform you and suggest how to best explore the area. Based on your needs, we will help you with tourist (and non-tourist) itineraries, to discover more or less well-known villages, or suggestive paths to follow on foot or by bicycle.
The structure
From the renovation of what was once the stables, the farm restaurant was born, which still retains the structural characteristics of what was once intended.
The large room, linear in style and shapes, enjoys brightness with its windows all around, and was built with top quality materials with particular attention to the tables and chairs, handcrafted, and the large fireplace at the end of the room it gives the restaurant an atmosphere of familiarity and good humor, essential for making the moment of conviviality an experience of fusion between soul and palate!

The raw materials we use in the kitchen are organic at 0 km: this means that for the majority of our production, the rest comes from selected local companies.

Seasonal products from our land, therefore, transformed into simple and traditional dishes... typical Spoleto recipes handed down by grandmothers with love, and today, as in the past, we propose them again with the aim of recovering flavors and aromas that are now increasingly rare... a research destined to never end, with the aim of guaranteeing what we eat.
